The RCB RK15 lithium-ion bicycle has been fully upgraded with the addition of an APP, which can be controlled via an application. The color LED display shows speed mode, battery life, riding data, lights, error codes, etc.

Furthermore: the driving distance can reach 35-90 km (the specific mileage is influenced by the actual situation). The battery is removable and easy to charge. It can be locked to ensure the safety of electric bicycles.

Comfortable driving: handle even more complicated road conditions effortlessly. The e-bike with the wear-resistant and puncture-proof 26 inch tyres and the extremely shock-absorbing fork suspension allows you to easily ride even on the most difficult roads.

Safety: 7-piece gear, mechanical disc brakes front and rear to ensure your needs and safety when driving uphill and downhill or accelerating and slowing down, with LED headlights so you can be on the go well even at night.

Various travels: the e-bike has three modes to choose from, boost cruise mode/pedal assist mode/speed mode, the e-bike rides in different states depending on the selected mode, which helps you ride in different levels of complexity and ease of driving.

Powerful power: Equipped with a powerful 250 watt motor, it generates enough energy for your daily journey and for the different environments you pass during your exploration tours. With a speed of up to 25 km/h, you are at your destination in no time.

Warranty and Returns

Up to 24 months warranty and lifetime maintenance service

All accessories can be replaced once within 12 months for free, and free delivery or free return to the factory for repair is provided, without paying postage (battery replacement depends on actual use).

According to time division

1 Return to warehouse for repair

If the fault occurs within 1-12 months, we will give you a return mailing slip to send it back to the repair warehouse for repair, without postage and parts replacement costs.

If the fault occurs more than 12-24 months, we will give you a return mailing slip to send it back to the repair warehouse for repair, and you need to pay for shipping, but you do not need to pay for parts and repair costs.

2 Car replacement service (normal use)

If the fault occurs within 2 months and cannot be repaired. We can directly replace the car. No need to pay for shipping and car cost (0 yuan replacement)

If the fault occurs within 2-6 months and cannot be repaired, you can pay a small amount of shipping to exchange for a new car.

If the fault occurs more than 6-24 months and cannot be repaired, you only need to pay 30%-50% of the car price.

What is covered under warranty?

All conditions must be met at the same time:

1. Products purchased from RCB official stores

2. Products/parts within the warranty period

3. Manufacturing defects and inherent product problems (such as material defects) are covered under warranty.

4. The warranty card is valid and matches the product.

The following special cases are not covered under warranty:

1. Failure of consumable or wearing parts, including:

- Brake pads, plastic parts, spokes, rims, brake cables, and surface scratches.

2. Damaged wiring harnesses or accessories with obvious scratches or breaks.

3. Failures caused by improper use, such as:

- Use, maintenance or adjustment not in accordance with the user manual.

- Unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification.

- Improper use or storage.

4. Damage caused by accidents.

5. Minor scratches or accessories damaged during transportation.

This is a very good bike for rhe money i will be very happy getting one in the future for my partner so we can go out together. Its a well built bike and lovley to ride i would recomend this....

I'm mobile again

Due to an illness, I can only cover short distances on a regular bike. For this reason, I gave myself an early birthday present and bought this e-bike. I was really skeptical as to whether the bike was good enough for the price, but I was pleasantly surprised when I received it. You get good quality for the price. The e-bike is largely pre-installed upon delivery. It comes with detailed German instructions. You can't go wrong with the assembly. My son-in-law managed it quickly. The e-bike is also easy to handle, and even at my age I can handle it well. The battery is powerful, and you can cover longer distances without any problems. The saddle is also comfortable. My son-in-law is also very impressed with this bike and has already borrowed it to ride to work.

Excellent Ride

The bike is excellent and very efficient. The customer service is also top class and wonderful. There were a few points that led to confusion but was very well resolved by the customer service team. Would definitely buy from them again. The installation manual is also very nice and had no problem in fixing the parts. Would only recommend a video for the fully automatic mode activation.

Better than ever expected!

I was initially very skeptical about whether the bike could really be good in its price range. I have to say, it far exceeded my expectations. It's very powerful and a great ride. I would buy this bike again anytime and recommend it.
