Refund Policy
To ensure a smooth and efficient return and exchange process, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Order Cancellation: To cancel your order, please contact us at contact@rcb-scooter.com within one day of purchase. Submitting a cancellation request before shipment does not guarantee successful cancellation. If the order is successfully cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email. Your refund will be returned to your payment account within one day.
After refund processing, the estimated processing time is 3-15 days.
Note: You must initiate the cancellation request before the shipment date, and please contact us within one day if possible.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please wait for your order to arrive and contact us within 30 days of receipt to obtain a return label. Refusing a shipped order or failing to follow the return process may result in the goods being lost in transit or rejected by the warehouse due to unregistered returns, making a refund or exchange impossible.
Returns: Customers can submit a return request within 30 days of purchase by contacting contact@rcb-scooter.com. Approved return and refund requests will be processed within 1-3 days of the package being returned to the warehouse. Your refund will be credited to your payment account within 1-3 days. After the refund is completed, the expected arrival time is 3-15 days. Return requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
For returns and refunds without quality issues, the customer is responsible for shipping costs, generally 5% of the transaction amount.
Packaging Damage: Damaged outer packaging does not necessarily indicate a problem with the product itself. Due to the uncertainty and unpredictability of the transportation process, we cannot guarantee the integrity of the packaging. We advise customers to file a claim with the carrier immediately upon discovering any packaging damage.
For Quality Issues:
1. Within 30 days of successful payment:
Customers are entitled to a full refund without paying return shipping or handling fees. Alternatively, customers can choose to exchange for a different RCB model bicycle, with the seller covering the shipping costs, again without needing to pay return shipping. To process your refund, please provide photos and videos of the quality issue for confirmation. Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receipt and inspection. Your refund will be returned to your payment account within 5 days. Customer service will keep you informed of the return process progress.
2. More than 30 days after successful payment:
We will provide relevant warranty services according to the warranty policy.
Note: For minor defects that do not affect riding safety, such as peeling stickers or minor paint scratches, buyers can contact our customer service team to apply for compensation. If the bicycle is not returned, our team will determine the corresponding refund amount based on the specific circumstances.
Customers must obtain authorization from RCB before returning the goods. We recommend that you return the goods in their original packaging. If the original packaging is lost, please use secure packaging materials to prevent damage during transportation. RCB is not responsible for damage caused by improper packaging.
Non-refundable/Non-returnable Items Except for extreme cases such as damage or malfunction covered by the warranty, some items are non-refundable or non-returnable. Such items must be approved by the company for return.
Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:
Items purchased from unauthorized dealers or individuals; Items damaged by human error; Gift cards; Insurance; Non-physical products.
Authorization: We will not cover shipping costs for items returned without our confirmation.
To return an item, please email contact@rcb-scooter.com with photos and/or videos of the item and your order number. Our customer service team will review your return request within 3 business days.

Returning the Item:
If your return request is approved, we will provide a return address and shipping instructions.
Please use a trackable shipping method that requires a signature upon delivery to avoid loss.
Please pack the item carefully before returning it to prevent damage.
Refund or Exchange:
After receiving your returned/exchanged item, we will inspect it within 5-15 days.
We will replace the item or issue a refund. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the item inspection is completed. Customer service will promptly reply to you regarding the progress of your return. You will also receive a refund notification email from us.
Scope of Application This return policy applies only to items purchased directly from the RCB official website (cb-scooter.com). For items purchased through other channels (Amazon, offline retailers, etc.), please follow the warranty policy of the respective sales channel.

We also support customers returning products to the warehouse themselves, but please contact RCB in advance to obtain a return label and bring the return label and the product to the warehouse for return.
