Warranty Policy

Up to 24 months warranty and lifetime maintenance service

All accessories can be replaced once within 12 months for free, and free delivery or free return to the factory for repair is provided, without paying postage (battery replacement depends on actual use).

According to time division

1 Return to warehouse for repair
If the fault occurs within 1-12 months, we will give you a return mailing slip to send it back to the repair warehouse for repair, without postage and parts replacement costs.
If the fault occurs more than 12-24 months, we will give you a return mailing slip to send it back to the repair warehouse for repair, and you need to pay for shipping, but you do not need to pay for parts and repair costs.

2 Car replacement service (normal use)
If the fault occurs within 2 months and cannot be repaired. We can directly replace the car. No need to pay for shipping and car cost (0 yuan replacement)
If the fault occurs within 2-6 months and cannot be repaired, you can pay a small amount of shipping to exchange for a new car.
If the fault occurs more than 6-24 months and cannot be repaired, you only need to pay 30%-50% of the car price.

3 Mailing Accessories
We mail accessories to customers, and the accessories will be replaced free of charge within 12 months. No shipping fee is required, and no accessories fee is charged.

Warranty Method

1. We usually choose to replace parts instead of repairs to minimize your waiting time.

2. Parts that meet the warranty conditions described on this page will enjoy a completely free warranty.

3. Parts outside the warranty period can still be repaired/replaced, but a fee is required. For specific fee details, please contact contact@rcb-scooter.com

4. No miscellaneous expenses during the repair period, such as alternative transportation, fuel or carpooling fees, will be charged during the warranty period.

1. Our technical experts provide professional help and provide customized solutions for complex problems.

2. One-to-one support: Dedicated support staff will handle all your inquiries, ensuring personalized help throughout the process.

3. This service is available at any time regardless of your warranty status. (Note: After the warranty period, the customer is responsible for the cost of replacing parts.)
What is covered under warranty?

All conditions must be met at the same time:

1. Products purchased from RCB official stores

2. Products/parts within the warranty period

3. Manufacturing defects and inherent product problems (such as material defects) are covered under warranty.

4. The warranty card is valid and matches the product.

The following special cases are not covered under warranty:

1. Failure of consumable or wearing parts, including:

- Brake pads, plastic parts, spokes, rims, brake cables, and surface scratches.

2. Damaged wiring harnesses or accessories with obvious scratches or breaks.

3. Failures caused by improper use, such as:

- Use, maintenance or adjustment not in accordance with the user manual.

- Unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification.

- Improper use or storage.

4. Damage caused by accidents.

5. Minor scratches or accessories damaged during transportation.
