The RCB G5 lithium-ion bike can be controlled by an APP with a color LED display, which displays speed mode, battery life, riding data, lights, error codes, etc. It also supports NFC unlocking.
The pure electric range can reach 50 kilometers, and the assisted range is 90km (the specific range is subject to actual conditions). The battery is removable for easy charging. It can be locked to ensure the safety of the electric vehicle.
Comfortable driving: Easily cope with more complex road conditions. The wear-resistant and puncture-proof 27-inch tires and the highly shock-absorbing front fork suspension allow you to ride easily even on the most difficult roads.
Safety: 7-piece gears, front and rear mechanical disc brakes, ensure your needs and safety when going up and downhill or accelerating and decelerating, and are equipped with LED headlights, so that you can travel smoothly even at night.
Multiple travel modes: The electric bike has three modes to choose from, acceleration cruise mode/pedal assist mode/speed mode. The electric bike is in different driving states according to the selected mode, helping you ride at different levels of complexity and driving difficulty.
Powerful power: Equipped with a powerful 250-watt motor, it can generate enough energy for your daily journey and the different environments you pass through during your exploration journey. With speeds up to 25 km/h, you can reach your destination quickly.

Warranty and Returns

Up to 24 months warranty and lifetime maintenance service

All accessories can be replaced once within 12 months for free, and free delivery or free return to the factory for repair is provided, without paying postage (battery replacement depends on actual use).

According to time division

1 Return to warehouse for repair

If the fault occurs within 1-12 months, we will give you a return mailing slip to send it back to the repair warehouse for repair, without postage and parts replacement costs.

If the fault occurs more than 12-24 months, we will give you a return mailing slip to send it back to the repair warehouse for repair, and you need to pay for shipping, but you do not need to pay for parts and repair costs.

2 Car replacement service (normal use)

If the fault occurs within 2 months and cannot be repaired. We can directly replace the car. No need to pay for shipping and car cost (0 yuan replacement)

If the fault occurs within 2-6 months and cannot be repaired, you can pay a small amount of shipping to exchange for a new car.

If the fault occurs more than 6-24 months and cannot be repaired, you only need to pay 30%-50% of the car price.

What is covered under warranty?

All conditions must be met at the same time:

1. Products purchased from RCB official stores

2. Products/parts within the warranty period

3. Manufacturing defects and inherent product problems (such as material defects) are covered under warranty.

The following special cases are not covered under warranty:

1. Failure of consumable or wearing parts, including:

- Brake pads, plastic parts, spokes, rims, brake cables, and surface scratches.

2. Damaged wiring harnesses or accessories with obvious scratches or breaks.

3. Failures caused by improper use, such as:

- Use, maintenance or adjustment not in accordance with the user manual.

- Unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification.

- Improper use or storage.

4. Damage caused by accidents.

5. Minor scratches or accessories damaged during transportation.

Well pleased with thebike

amazing service and bike

Really nice and affordable ebike for first timers like me. I mainly use it for my side job as a food delivery courier. Rides really smooth, the motor is good, and the battery life is very good (just don’t stay to ped assist 3 all the time).
Only issue that I have encountered are the disc brakes. After a few miles it went very noisy, I think it needs cleaning or adjusting.

This is my first e-bike.
It took me a long time to transition from a "normal" bike to this one—but it's so easy to get started in every way.
The hidden battery design makes the bike look almost like a regular bike. I really like its cool look.
This e-bike is not only stylish, but also a great ride. The motor provides reliable power, and the battery lasts long enough for longer rides.
The all-aluminum alloy frame is sturdy and well-made, and the accessories (lock, tools, charger) are very practical.
But the fun only starts when you start pedaling.
The pedal assist is like a magical boost, accelerating you forward. You can ride up to 90 kilometers, seemingly on an endless descent.
The seven gears and the smart LCD display that shows speed, distance, and battery status are also very useful.
You can choose from different riding modes—e-bike, assisted riding, or regular riding. It's well-made, feels great to ride, the brakes work well, the gears operate smoothly, and the battery is powerful, with very smooth power delivery! I'm very happy with it and hope it lasts a long time!
